Key Responsibilities
Support and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and community partnerships Drive membership sales and lead conversion through studio tours and guest engagement Represent the Perspire brand in the community as a wellness ambassador Coach and support front desk team members to improve sales confidence and consistency Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and resolve member concerns Assist with daily studio operations, inventory, and facility standards Qualifications
