Senior Vendor Management Analyst

Direct message the job poster from Request Technology, LLC Salary: Open + Bonus Location: Chicago, IL Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote *We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role* Qualifications 3+ years technology procurement Experience negotiating and understanding software, hardware and technology professional services and contingent labor vendors Ability to extract vendor deliverables and obligations and provide a tracking report Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal, necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Vendor Governance tools such as Sirion, ERP tools such as Oracle Fusion, Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba or Coupa Responsibilities Lead and perform VM Contract Management activities for assigned vendors/contracts. Manage and oversee contract management processes, meetings and reporting cadences are followed. Provide consistent, proactive VM of vendor contracts to ensure VM is executed and measured to manage cost and performance of services, improve capabilities maturity, and optimize value. Create effective relationships with key vendors and contract stakeholders leaders to provide for monitoring of company and vendor deliverables and obligations. Provide oversight and management to ensure all vendor contracts conform to company and industry compliance, risk management, and other relevant sourcing, procurement, and contracting policies. Ensure vendor partner service offerings continue to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Develop and maintain positive strategic and operational relationships with vendors and are established and maintained through consistent VM, regular interaction and communication Seniority level
