The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. This role requires the ability to read and comprehend information posted in a clinical environment. The PSR I will be responsible for performing a portion of the clinical duties of the patient care area, including but not limited to: greeting patients, establishing and maintaining a relationship during the co-pay, and obtaining necessary patient information to facilitate the medical treatment of the patient based on the ordering physicians instructions.
