The Assistant Front Office Manager will be focused on the Front Desk operations with oversight of the front office staff and the overall guest experience. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, assigning guest rooms, and responding to guest inquiries. This role also acts as a liaison to the guest's destination, providing recommendations, and general assistance. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.
