Join our Raymond Team as a Quality Inspector
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality Inspector who brings technical skills and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll perform quality inspections while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing
Perform testing of mechanical/electrical assemblies and measure dimensional characteristics per Raymond engineering and other documents.
Support quality systems, follow all quality documentation, performing inspections of completed trucks ensuring both internal and end user customer requirements are met.
Participate in problem solving.
Create records within a database.
Cross train in various Quality areas.
Be familiar with ISO-9001 & Raymond Quality Systems: use of RWS, QAPs and APLs; Dept. Inspection Plans and Work Instructions.
Interface with multiple departments and other manufacturing divisions when resolving problems.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
3 or more years of manufacturing experience including at least 1 year as an Inspector

Strong communication skills – clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Acute attention to details
Ability to create records in a data base
Where and When You’ll Work
This is an in-person role located at our Kirkwood, NY location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands‑on, team-oriented environment.
The schedule is Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am – 10:00am; there may be overtime based on business needs.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like Wage
- $19.76 - $25.34 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
