What does a Behavior Technician do? As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. With guidance from a BCBA, you’ll have all the tools to implement tailored behavior plans, collect data, and help families with training. You'll grow quickly with ongoing support from expert staff.

Shifts Available: (Palmdale) M, T, 4:45-6:30pm W, 3:30-6:30pm, 8hrs

What will this opportunity offer you?

Competitive compensation starting rate up to $24/hour.

Mileage reimbursement (this is a home-based position requiring travel to client's homes).
