We Offer
Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses
Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
Pay raise following paid training completion
Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
Paid holidays and paid time off
Wellness, mileage, and tool stipend provided
Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided
Requirements
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Hiring Process
Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
Communicate with the support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing.
