Maintain ADA compliance.Job Description:**Essential duties and responsibilities*** Coach students through individual meetings, check weekly class attendance, communicate with instructors, tutors, and parents.* Serve as an instructor as needed for one academic courses in the Dialogues of Learning. Teach Self and Society curriculum including psychological and sociological theories, writing, and presenting skills.* Advise and register incoming students during the Admitted Students Experience and prior to their first semester of college.* Meet with prospective students and families in collaboration with the office of admission to educate and recruit students.* Organize program for orientation and meet with new students and parents.* Participate in Faculty Fellows and Faculty Development training each semester.* Teach a Citizenship project course and volunteer with Day of Caring for Lynn University as needed.* Participate on university committees as needed.* Work with multiple technology tools and teach students to utilize the iPad mini as an educational resource.* Represent the Institute at Admission Open Houses which occur on Weekends.* Some working engagements may require evenings past 5:00pm.* Other duties as assigned**Required knowledge, skills, and abilities**Knowledge and skills in:* Technology; Microsoft Word, Excel, Navigate, Canvas, Workday* Counseling* Higher education* Learning differences**Minimum qualifications*** Master's degree (M.
