We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in
Modesto, CA . As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Pay and Union
Pay Range:
$22.00 – $30.70 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)
Starting Pay:
$22.00 with progression to $30.70 over 2 years.
CBA Position:
Union Collective Bargaining Agreement

Key Responsibilities
Drive a transit bus and transport passengers safely, timely and efficiently.
Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe environment.
Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns.
Other duties as required to ensure a safe and courteous ride for our passengers.
Qualifications
21 years or older
Valid driver's license and minimum 3 years driving experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Punctual with an emphasis on attendance.
Physical Requirements
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions – 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
Push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to pick up items.
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
Drug‑free workplace
Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
