As an Overnight Bell and Valet Attendant at The Cooper, you will be a crucial part of the overnight operations team. You are responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage and vehicle retrievals, escorting guests, and delivering exceptional guest service with attention to detail and discretion. This position plays a key role in creating a seamless and memorable luxury experience.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:****REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:** Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Polished appearance and professional demeanor.* Multi-task between Valet and Bell Attendant tasks.Knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and transportation options. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**The role may require extended periods of time on your feet, especially during peak hotel hours or events.
