* Bachelor’s degree.* Demonstrates effective and strong communication, experience wtihin public speaking, and strong interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM and data systems.* Demonstrated cultural competency and a commitment to fostering access, inclusion, and student success across a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.* Must have a valid driver’s license for at least two years, willingness to travel (including overnights and weekends) and the ability to become a university authorized driver at the time of appointment.* Access to reliable internet for occasional remote work.* Proficiency in a second language (Spanish preferred).* Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.* Demonstrated experience in college admissions, advising, or student recruitment.* Proven familiarity with Salesforce, Enrollment IQ, or comparable systems.* Demonstrated knowledge of the UW System and the educational landscape of Wisconsin.*\*Please use your application materials to speak to each of the qualifications for this position as listed above.
