We’re looking for a seasoned, skilled, and customer-focused
HVAC Technician
to join our growing team at Eagle Pipe Heating & Air. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with confidence and accuracy
Perform service repairs, preventive maintenance, and full system installations
Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and options
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
Complete jobs efficiently, document work, and uphold safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on HVAC service and/or installation experience
EPA Certification required
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (crawlspaces, attics, roofs)
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
What We Offer:
$25–$40/hr + performance bonuses
