Duties & Responsibilities

Provide customer service and support during field visits

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Interface with the Engineering Dept. to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Comprehend installation and maintenance manual

Understand shipping bills of materials packing and marking methods

Complete purchase requisitions and submit internal requisitions

Provide quotes to customers for replacement parts

Minimum Education None

Required Skills & Abilities

Troubleshoot, test, measure, and repair equipment on site

Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings

Education & Experience

Five years’ experience in a production environment preferred

Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Lock Out-Tag Out Onsite training available

Forklift and Overhead Crane Certification

Onsite training available

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25lbs.

Prolonged periods of sitting

Able to travel

Customer Focus & Application Requirements All positions require customer focus with a service-oriented attitude as well as attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities is essential. Ability to travel and work overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in-house demands.
