As an Electronics Technician at MPG – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by performing testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of cosite modules.

Primary Responsibilities:
Setup and perform technical electronic test functions using written procedures
Troubleshoot module performance to component level
Perform mechanical assembly, e.g., installing covers
Repair RF cosite subsystems at component level
Use schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
Operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power amplifiers, frequency counters, power meters, and automated test sets
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with RF test equipment (calibration & troubleshooting)
Knowledge of power amplifiers, synthesizers, power supplies and RF filter principles (bandwidth, Q, insertion loss, return loss)
PC skills for data entry and test software use
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex circuits
Experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, network analyzer
Effective internal customer interface skills
Collaborative work with all organization levels
High attention to detail
Ability to read drawings and blueprints
IPC‑610 certification or ability to obtain it
Requirements Include:
Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder)
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2‑year degree in an electronics field from an accredited institution required
Minimum 2 years of RF‑related technician experience required
Knowledge of J‑STD‑O1 preferred and ability to obtain certification once employed
Pay Range: – per hour
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
