Business Title Bartender
Job Purpose Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the North Carolina State University Club, following standard recipes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities
Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain knowledge of various liquors, wines, and beers.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate billing.
Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Stock and replenish bar inventory as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: 1+ year of bartending experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktails
Ability to operate a cash register and POS system
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
