**Responsibilities:**
Administrative Assistant has the following responsibilities and duties: Guide pre-meeting experience for clients
Perform office opening and closing tasks
Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Financial Representatives and/or Director of Operations**Requirements:**
Administrative Assistant should have the following skills, education, and experience: 1-3+ years of administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to team as needed Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretionFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite Time management and ability to meet deadlines * Planning/Organizing* Customer Focus* Communication* Interpersonal Skills* Teamwork and Collaboration* Adaptability/Flexibility* Must be able to work with all roles of the team* Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients* Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizationsAt Thrivent, we believe money is a tool, not a goal.
