is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Esthetician to join our luxury spa team. Our spa proudly features

Biologique Recherche

as our exclusive facial line. Comprehensive training will be provided on all facial products and body treatments. Esthetician Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide customized facials and body treatments in accordance with Twin Farms’ service standards and current licensure

Conduct thorough client consultations to identify contraindications and assess skin conditions prior to treatment

Recommend appropriate skincare treatments, home care regimens, and retail products

Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients and benefits of Biologique Recherche and other spa offerings

Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and guest-focused experience

Manage appointment timing to ensure services begin and end on schedule

Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service

Follow all esthetics policies regarding sanitation, chemical usage, equipment care, and universal precautions

Monitor product inventory and communicate supply needs to management

Maintain accurate client cards and treatment notes as required

Care for linens and ensure proper replacement between sessions

Participate in required meetings and professional trainings

Support overall spa operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Guest Experience & Service Standards

Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and escort them to and from treatment rooms

Answer guest questions knowledgeably and confidently

Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality, discretion, and personalized service

Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs or concerns

Qualifications

Vermont Esthetician license

in good standing Additional massage therapy or related credentials preferred, where applicable and permitted by state licensure

Minimum

3 years of professional spa or esthetics experience

Proficient in performing all services within the scope of licensure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality

Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting

Ability to confidently explain treatments and services to guests

Strong work ethic with a commitment to service excellence

Well organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Professional appearance, discretion, and conduct at all times

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Comfortable recommending and educating guests on retail products
