Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Virginia Military Institute Athletics, an NCAA Division I member and member of the Southern Conference is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach.
Job Duties:
Assist in organizing and directing all phases of the Women's Soccer Program.
Recruit and evaluate potential student-athletes.
Coordinate team travel arrangements.
Design and implement training programs focused on athlete development, injury prevention, and performance enhancement
Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic department, and VMI administration to support student-athlete academic progress and personal development
Perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Ensure compliance with VMI, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree as well as coaching experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license
Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and developing student-athletes
Proven track record in recruiting and retaining quality student-athletes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with staff and administrators.
Preferred Qualifications:
Some (generally two (2)+ years) of College coaching experience
Additional Considerations:
Work well within a team environment and meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks.
