The VIP attendant is responsible for all aspects of the Living Room. Monitors guests for signs of intoxication, intervening as needed according to established practices Responsible for knowing all bartending duties Responsible for light food preparation and table service to Living Room guests Clears/cleans tables Maintains stock levels of beverage and paper inventory Adheres to all guidelines associated with responsible alcohol standards Attends all departmental and company meetings as required Requirements
Must be age 21 High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position Position requires the highest level of hospitality and service Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification
