**About the Player Coach:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Player/Coach to lead and inspire a sales team while actively contributing to sales goals. This role requires a unique blend of individual sales expertise and team leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will excel in both personal sales performance and coaching team members to achieve and exceed targets.**Location:** Salt Lake City, UT - HybridSales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Experience with performance management and data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually.
