Hourly rate : $19

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily supervision of Peer Leaders/Volunteers.

Manages peer support and peer activities, including peer-facilitated recovery groups and community activities.

Responsible for developing schedules and work plans for Peer Leaders.

Assists with gathering required survey data and data entering into recovery measures application.

Acts as the liaison to the Ethics Committee.

Responsible for coordinating peers participating in community activities and events with the goal of addressing and decreasing the stigma of addiction.

Qualifications

Embrace and work in a culturally and linguistically diverse recovery community.

Support all paths to recovery and have a minimum of 2 years of solid recovery or have lived experience as an individual affected by substance abuse in the family.

Have a comprehensive understanding of substance addiction and recovery.

Have strong interpersonal boundaries.

Have better than average experience using a computer and required software.

Familiarity with local community, including recovery networks service providers and local resources.

Valid Drivers license & reliable transportation .

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for programming activities and events.

Statewide travel is required for meetings, training courses and conferences. Occasionally there may be trips to other New England states for annual conferences or training.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Commitment to recovery values, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.

Skilled at delegating tasks appropriately while fostering accountability and team collaboration.

Demonstrate skills in resolving conflicts calmly and constructively, using active listening and trauma-informed approaches.
