Security Guard (Security)
The Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) is seeking a full-time Security Guard (minimum 32 hours per week) to join our dedicated security team. In this role, you will help protect PEM's exceptional collections, exhibitions, and facilities while providing support and assistance to visitors, staff, and contractors at the Hawkes Collection Center and Phillips Library in Rowley, MA.
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys interacting with the public, and can remain calm, focused, and professional in any situation, including emergencies or moments of conflict. This is a highly visible, public-facing position, and your presence will contribute to creating a welcoming and safe environment for all.
