We are looking for LVNs in Van Nuys and San Fernando Valley. Stable full time or part time positions. New Grads Welcome – Training Provided. You will work in a stress‑free environment, providing quality care to one patient at a time. Assisted is an exciting place to be right now as we are experiencing tremendous growth. Pay: $28/hr with benefits offered if you work an average of 30 hrs a week.

What you will do: This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient’s condition and/or needs. You will assist the RN and / or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
Who you are:
Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
