Overview
Services for the UnderServed's Manhattan Without Walls (Manhattan WOW) is a skill building program where people with intellectual/developmental disabilities receive training for daily living skills, such as communication and self-preservation, community awareness, independent living and pre-vocational skills. It opened its doors in 2017 and currently serves 30 individuals. They are starting a class that teaches resume and employment readiness skills. Volunteers would teach weekly, biweekly or monthly for one to two hours.

Preferred Skills Knowledgeable in employment readiness and resume building Experienced with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Teaching experience
