Always the right career direction.**## **Job Description Summary**Assist with operating printing equipment, sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and managing shipping logistics.## **Job Description****Essential Functions*** Assist with projects that require printing and duplicating services* Operate and maintain printing and copying equipment* Manage and stock printing supplies like paper and toner* Sort, open and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct departments or individuals (separate checks for Accounting and take packages to Receiving)* Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including weighing, calculating postage and affixing proper postage* Deliver mail to the Post Office daily* Performs other duties as requested by primary manager that do not compromise moral code of conduct or protocols set in place for patient or employee safety### **Supervised Positions*** None**Qualifications**### **Minimum Education Required*** High School Diploma or GED### **Minimum Education Preferred*** High School Diploma or GED### **Minimum Experience Required*** 1 year experience in position requiring organizational skills and attention to detail### **Minimum Experience Preferred*** 1 year experience working in print services or mail room**Required Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities*** Basic typing skills* Ability to utilize standard office equipment as needed to perform job functions.* Demonstrates responsibility for educational requirements as evidenced by reading all assigned related references, and attending all required educational meetings, or webinars, and completing annual Symplr requirements.* Demonstrates commitment to organizations five (5) priorities and Six Ground Rules* Person in this position is required to understand, agree upon and follow our Six Ground Rules:

+ Valid state driver's license

+ Must be eligible for coverage under the organization's vehicle insurance policy to operate company vehicles (including golf carts) by meeting the following requirements:

- If transporting more than just self in the vehicle – must be at least twenty-five (25) years old,

- If transporting ONLY self in vehicle – must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
