SF5032: Family in Summit - Part Time for two children ages 9 and 7 We have a great return family in Summit in search of a Part Time for their two children ages 9 and 7.
Location: Summit
Start Date:
Commitment Time Frame: Long term, at least 1 year
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
2:30-7 for the nanny shift
Minimum 20 hours/week
**If desired, the family can guarantee additional 5 hours of "house manager" tasks and potentially another additional 5 hours of "flex hours" for additional weekly childcare
The Children 9 year old- 4th grade
He loves Legos, architecture, history and video games. He has an ADD diagnosis and benefits from being prompts and reminders to help develop his executive functioning skills.
7 year old- 2nd grade
He is a fun-loving, big-hearted kid who loves being silly. After years of hard work in speech therapy he is now an excellent talker, and continues to work on his frustration tolerance.
Qualifications Nanny- strong communicator, self-starter, punctual, and reliable
Someone who engages with the children and takes a hands on approach
Requirements/Responsibilities
Meals: meal prep for the kids (snack and dinner, help prepping lunches for the next day)
Laundry: children's laundry for the nanny only hours, family laundry for longer hours
Household: (for the household manager hours) organizing the children's closets and drawers, cycling out clothing as it's outgrown/seasonal, keeping the fridge and pantry in order, errands and returns, managing gifts and other birthday/holiday purchases, basic car maintenance such as oil changes and the car wash
Driving: local driving in the family car
Travel: nothing currently planned
