Job Summary
Seasons Express Monsey is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to manage and operate our kosher sandwich bar station. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the kosher food industry, can run a station independently, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves hands‑on food preparation, quality control, customer service, and oversight of daily station operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and specialty items according to established recipes
Maintain strict kosher standards at all times
Oversee daily setup, breakdown, cleaning, and organization of the sandwich bar
Manage inventory levels, communicate low‑stock items, and minimize waste
Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
Train or supervise additional staff as needed
Ensure compliance with DOH guidelines and food safety procedures
Work effectively during peak hours and maintain consistent quality
Follow management checklists and station protocols
Qualifications
Experience working in a kosher kitchen or kosher food establishment is required
Strong understanding of kosher guidelines, food prep, and hygiene
Ability to independently manage a station with responsibility and confidence
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks
Must be authorized to work in the United States
