Our location is tucked between Magnificent Mile shopping and Navy Pier attractions, just a 10-minute walk from 360 CHICAGO, Millennium Park, and the CTA Red Line.
What will I be doing? A Busperson is responsible for stocking all service stations and assists food servers with table service. They clear dirty tables, reset serviceware, maintain cleanliness, serve guests beverages and breads, and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Shift must be flexible including daytime (breakfast & lunch), weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects for repair.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s).
Assist food server(s) with table service, serving beverages, breads, etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
