Position Summary
The Supervisor Patient Care Services for Immediate Care will be responsible for supporting both ARRMC and ATRMC Immediate Care locations. The primary focus is supervising daily patient care and ensuring that the care meets quality standards in a cost-effective manner. The work for this role will include direct oversight of RN's and Immediate Care staff, managing time cards, nursing schedules, Midas review and nurse triage audits. The Supervisor collaborates with their direct manager on related goal setting and planning; and provides consistent and timely information and feedback to the manager, including input regarding financial and/or quality performance and human resource issues. Qualifications
Education Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred Experience 2 years progressive nursing experience preferably in a related specialty; required ED and ESI triage experience; strongly preferred Licensure/Certifications RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required upon start PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support required upon start Total Rewards Package
