Ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES*** Can perform and assist with all the front desk functions to include but not limited to the following Guest Service Aide, PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, Reservationists, etc. Has complete working knowledge and understands the software system, to include all daily transactions, and reservations operations.* Knows how and where to post all charges and knows all the room rates. Train all new Guest Service Agents.* Communicate with the Engineering Department regarding any maintenance requests from the guests.* Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
