Department: Front Office

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Overview: As a Valet Driver you will be the first and last impression for our guests. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles. You will also assist guests with luggage and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with luggage, opening and closing doors.

Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options.

Vehicle Operations:

Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, locked, and secured.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and parking areas.

Safety and Security:

Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies.

Report any accidents, incidents, or suspicious activity to management.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Administrative Tasks:

Accurately process parking fees and transactions.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle parking and retrieval.

Assist with other duties as assigned, such as cleaning vehicles or assisting with bellhop duties.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
