The Barksdale Inn, a beloved historic bed & breakfast in the heart of Charleston, is seeking a warm, reliable, and highly organized Inn Supervisor to join our small but dedicated team. As Inn Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of the property. Your day may include preparing, serving, and cleaning up breakfast; managing front desk responsibilities; and providing attentive guest relations and concierge support. You’ll handle phones and emails, assist the manager, and step in as acting GM when needed. Operational tasks such as shopping and ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, overseeing team members, and ensuring rooms meet our standards after housekeeping will also be part of your routine. You’ll help with laundry, general cleaning, and occasional room cleaning when necessary. Light gardening and groundskeeping, problem‑solving, and assisting housekeeping during busy times are also part of the role. You may occasionally serve as an emergency contact, and you’ll help manage reservations and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Schedule

Full‑time position with hours scheduled between 6 AM and 7 PM Open availability required averaging 32 to 40 hours a week Weekends are essential Who You Are
