Responsibilities
Clean assigned resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas daily while maintaining privacy and respect.
Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
Post signs indicating safety hazards during housekeeping activities.
Use personal protective equipment when exposed to blood or other potentially hazardous body fluids.
Comply with all safety instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
Keep chemicals and cleaning supplies in original containers and ask supervisor if unsure.
Monitor workplace for safety and fire hazards and report problems.
Report housekeeping and maintenance problems to supervisor.
Secure housekeeping supplies so residents cannot access them.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and computer skills.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Understand and uphold policies and procedures established by TCSL.
Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader.
Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision‑making skills.
Maintain good working relationships with residents and coworkers.
Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
