Job Overview
Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Louisville, KY
Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using a voice audio headset.
Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to overhead.
Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using an electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
Shift and Schedule
Full‑time
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – finish (flexible for overtime or weekends as needed)
About You We are looking for a self‑motivated and team‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products during most of the shift.
This position utilizes equipment such as Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie‑Rider, Voice Audio Headset, and Shrink Wrap.
Total Rewards
$21.26 per hour

Requirements
Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
Ability to use a headset with a voice‑activated order‑selector picking system.
Ability to hand shrink‑wrap pallets of completed orders.
Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
