What Custodians Do

Efficiently work throughout the entire shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling)

Maximize the quality of service delivered to customers and present a good company image

Use supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings

Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service

What A Custodian Will Be Measured On

Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences or tardies

Great customer feedback

Start on time and work within budgeted hours

Find and fix problems promptly
