Part‑Time Instructor – Premier Martial Arts
This position will float between Marietta, GA and Sandy Springs, GA.
Job Summary An Instructor with Premier Martial Arts (PMA) is passionate about changing lives through daily martial‑arts instruction. A strong, leadership‑driven personality who can inspire others to be their best is required. The instructor will teach, motivate, and continually learn to impact as many students as possible.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead high‑energy, benefit‑driven, “edutaining” classes.
Assist with student tracking, rankings, and reporting to determine graduation windows and overall progress.
Help create curriculum that follows PMA guidelines.
Organize and execute student graduation classes.
Collaborate with the Head Instructor on class planning and management.
Support marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships.
Participate in scheduled special events.
Manage class development, including:
Group intros.
Skill drills.
Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson program.
Life Lesson BBE mat chats.
Stripe tests.
