Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Huntsville Health Care Center is seeking a
reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper
to join our team. Our housekeeping staff plays an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive impact each day, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces in accordance with facility standards
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Maintain assigned work areas and equipment in good working condition
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding room readiness
Provide courteous, professional service to residents, families, and visitors
Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality experience a plus)
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and work independently
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must pass background check and any required screenings
