With a wide array of brands in exciting locations, HRI Hospitality is the destination to set course for growing your career!**Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring items are fully stocked and visually appealing.* Prepare basic food items such as coffee, juices, pastries, fruit, and hot items (as applicable).* Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast needs or questions.* Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service area, and equipment.* Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.* Restock utensils, plates, cups, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.* Clean tables, counters, and service areas promptly and efficiently.* Break down and clean the breakfast setup at the end of service.* Report inventory shortages or equipment issues to management.* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school graduate or equivalent* Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.* Must work well with or without direct supervision.* Previous Serving experience a plus.* Positive interpersonal skills required.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Good time management and organizational abilities.* Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.**BENEFITS: Competitive Pay, Free Employee Garage Parking, Free 31- Day Full Fare Bus Passes, Discounts, 401k with Match, and many more!!!***HRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides fair and equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected status prohibited under Federal, State, or local laws.
