Field Technician (Building Inspection Exp)
Part time/Temporary
Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician for a 9-12 month inspection project in
Valdosta, Georgia
to join our team. This position is available immediately and will report to our Snellville, Georgia office.
As a Field Technician, you will stay near the project site and conduct pre-construction inspections and generate reports. The role requires a balance of fieldwork and office tasks. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with homeowners and have good communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct pre-construction inspections to document the condition of homes and surrounding properties of
Valdosta, Georgia
Accurately record inspection data and prepare detailed reports for clients
Communicate with homeowners to explain the inspection process and address any concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Work a combination of office and field hours, with flexibility as needed
Your Background:
Previous experience in construction, engineering, inspecting, or related fields is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to document conditions accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
