Helpeachcustomerout with their different needs - coffee, tea, beverages,retailor barand make them feel appreciated in your interactions. Love ensuring thatall products are handed to each customer with the highest quality and consistent standards. Beare reliable. Show up to work on time and ready to go! Communicate availability needs and follow proper call-out procedures. Be helpful when things come up. Everyone appreciates it. Youwillstand, walk, or be in movement during your working hours, which can be up to9hours in a shift. We giveyoubreaks to recharge! Great pay in a fun, healthy environment Start or contribute to your Simple IRA (Individual Retirement Account) plan. We will match up to 3%! Receive store-wide discounts on Mill bling. Get free drinks to ensure you stay charged and hydrated during your shift. Add you to the tip pool. Our customers are extremely generous! This position is eligible to participate in a tip pool only after completing and passing training. This is a tipped position. Compensation: Up to $17.00 per hour. Number includes an average tip of $11.00 per hour. What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in our community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on current year reporting. Typical work hours are between 5am – 11pm, with shifts being 6-9 hours in length. Other Important info
It's important that you adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in The Mill Employee Handbook. Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Food Handler Permit or Certification. As a prerequisite to employment, you'll need to obtain and maintain this as required by local regulations. Complete, pass, and maintain trainings. We will set you up for success. Trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests will ensure you can meet The Mill’s standards and policies (and our awesome customer’s expectations). Federal, state, and local regulations will be included. Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency is required. Other language fluency is highly valued. Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication happens regularly. You will need to view things from near and/or far distances.
