This is a full‑time, year‑round position offering $27 – $40 per hour (or $54,000 – $80,000 annually), depending on your experience.
Schedule This is a full‑time position that runs year‑round. You’ll work Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and handle physical tasks throughout the day.

YOUR DAY AS A SENIOR INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER As a Senior Installation Crew Member, you’ll lead a crew on job sites, making sure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on time. You’ll handle tasks like framing, finish carpentry, basic plumbing, masonry, and general remodeling. You’ll also manage materials, help with planning, and keep the job site clean and organized. You’ll attend meetings with the Project Manager and Office Manager and share updates or ideas. You’ll guide other crew members, solve problems that come up during the job, and make sure the team stays on track. You’ll also help keep the work environment positive and professional while making sure clients are treated with respect.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SENIOR INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER
7+ years of hands‑on experience in the trades, particularly rough and finish carpentry
Additional experience in excavation/site work, towing/trailering, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and general remodeling
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage materials and logistics efficientlyAbility to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and manage schedules
