An individual could be successful if they possess the following.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The EVS Attendant is responsible for the daily upkeep of the interior and exterior of the Casino & Resort facility while upholding Oaklawn's Core Values. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino.
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:* Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.* Mixes chemicals and operates carpet shampooer and buffer.* Moves furniture and cleans assigned area.* Maintains and cleans machines after use.* Provides excellent guest services, treating guests and team members with courtesy and consideration at all times.* Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.* Maintains excellent working relationships with other departments and all applicable regulatory commissions and vendors as needed.* May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs.* Follows established procedures and policies of the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
