Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs, including frame straightening, welding, filling, sanding.
Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.
Work closely with insurance adjusters, estimators to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and functional condition.
Ensure all repairs meet industry quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Collision/Body Shop Technician or similar role Must have a minimum of 3 years of collision experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
