You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar environment, and you understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patron. Key Responsibilities Stock the bar with essential supplies including condiments, straws, napkins, rags, and garnishes. Clear glassware and dirty plates from the bar area and surrounding spaces. Wash and restock glassware to support continuous service. Assist bartenders with maintaining pace and quality of service during peak hours. Transport bus tubs to the kitchen and replace with clean ones. Cut fruit and garnishes for cocktails and specialty drinks. Monitor and replenish stock of juices, liquors, beer, and wine. Reset bar areas between guests, clearing used items and ensuring readiness. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by bartenders or management. Required Skills and Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Positive and professional attitude with a team‑first mindset. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance. Education and Experience Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to employment. Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred but not required. Work Schedule Must be available to work
