Behavior Technician (Part-Time, In-Home ABA Therapy) Pay:
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$500 after 3 months
Schedule:
Flexible, Monday – Friday (must be available between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Location:
In-home sessions in Dearborn Heights, MI, Detroit, MI, & Livonia, MI

in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
therapy that changes lives.
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable professionals who are ready to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility, growth opportunities, and supportive supervision.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress.
Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, consistent treatment delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and deliver care with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required).
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes).
Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred.

part-time, in-person
position providing
