Support sustainment, maintenance, and operations of F‑35 training devices. Install components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, and workstations. Perform preventive maintenance checks and document maintenance data. Assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of F‑35 software packages. Isolate and report malfunctions; maintain cabling schemes and drawings. Comply with site security and access control procedures. Basic Qualifications
Current Final Secret security clearance with last investigation within 6 years. Current Security+ certification. Experience leading a small growing team in a field operations setting. Background with problem/incident management and hardware/software change management. Strong systems engineering background and ability to read technical schematics. Willingness to work a flexible schedule aligned to customer operational needs. Desired Skills
Bachelor’s Degree with 3‑5 years of experience in aviation simulation and training. Experience with 5th generation aviation simulator training operations and military training operations. Familiarity with F‑35 training system architecture and operations. Network troubleshooting and maintenance experience with switches, DHCP, VLAN, VHD. Experience working in a classified/access‑controlled facility. Ability to brief/teach technical information and lead/mentor other team members. Benefits
