We are a full-service small animal practice committed to diagnostic accuracy and advanced medical procedures. Our services are robust, covering comprehensive wellness and prevention programs, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care options. You will be utilizing your full scope of skills, including various Surgical Procedures, to deliver timely and compassionate solutions for our patients. We are also relied upon heavily by the community for Urgent Care services, ensuring you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload focused purely on medical excellence.

Be the Director of First Impressions:
You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. Advocate for Pet Health:
You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible. Embody Compassion and Empathy:
You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own. What You’ll Bring to the Team
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
