Available Positions:
Full-Time and Part-Time Teacher positions
Competitive Pay:
$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and education
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Clear background check
Full-Time Teacher Benefits:
3 personal days upon hire

Your Role: As a teacher at Active Learning Centers, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Develop creative, engaging programs for students
Use a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, play
Observe and support each child’s social development and self-esteem
Foster interaction and collaboration among children
Guide children’s artistic and practical skills through a thoughtfully crafted curriculum
Provide routine care, including meals, snacks, diapering, and potty training
Plan and supervise daily outdoor and gross motor play
Communicate regularly with parents and deliver exceptional customer service
Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain a clean and safe classroom environmentParticipate in monthly staff meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a teacher
2 years of childcare experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development principles
Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Friendly, reliable, and even-tempered demeanor
A balance between creativity and practical problem-solving skills
BSc/BA in Education or a related field (optional)
