Boiler Technician
to join our growing team for the
DC/Arlington
area.

What You'll Do:
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on commercial and industrial boilers, including hydronic systems, burners, gas trains, controls, and associated mechanical/electrical components.
Conduct combustion analysis, adjust fuel‑to‑air ratios, and verify safe/efficient operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Execute preventive maintenance on boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, expansion tanks, and safety devices.
Identify root causes of boiler failures (e.g., flame failure, ignition issues, low‑water cutouts, relief valve discharge, scaling/sooting) and develop corrective action plans.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control schematics to support accurate troubleshooting.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in boiler systems, with strong diagnostic and repair skills on a variety of manufacturers and models. Bonus points for familiarity with Patterson‑Kelley, Raypak, Weil‑McLain, and Lochinvar equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and boiler controls.
Experience with hydronic systems and controls is a plus.
Strong commitment to safety, with a proven track record in the field.
Boiler license and/or certification is a plus.
A team‑oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
