is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented

Guest Services Associate

to support our guests from a centralized call center environment. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Chicken N Pickle—answering inbound phone calls from multiple locations and helping guests with questions about pickleball, general venue information, and next steps. You’ll connect guests with the right local teams, keep communication flowing, and help ensure every guest interaction feels welcoming, informed, and efficient. If you enjoy multitasking, staying organized, and delivering hospitality one call at a time, this role is a big dill. In this role, you will:

Answer inbound phone calls and provide warm, timely hospitality to guests across multiple locations Respond to general questions and route calls to the appropriate on-site teams when needed Communicate clearly with local teams to ensure guest follow-ups are handled smoothly Support the continued growth and improvement of Chicken N Pickle’s guest services and call center operations Maintain a calm, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a fast-paced customer-facing role Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Comfort using computers and learning new systems quickly A collaborative mindset and positive, service-driven attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us and be part of an entertainment provider that values
